Silvercore MC

The Silvercore MC model range encompasses step up ratios from 1:10 to 1:30 with a special model for the SPU and similar low impedance and output moving coil cartridges. The Silvercore MC is available in both copper and solid silver windings, and features an enclosure milled out of a solid block of plastic to ensure proper damping of vibrations.
- MC100 / 1:10 - This is a typical range for MC cartridges up to 40 ohm and a signal voltage between 250 and 750µV.
- MC20 / 1:10 - for MC cartridges with a low resistance up to 10 ohm and a signal voltage between 250 and 750µV.
- MC25 / 1:20 - for MC cartridges with a low resistance up to 12 ohm which need a higher voltage gain. For signal voltages between 150 and 400µV.
- MC10 / 1:30 - It is a transformer only for MC cartridges with an extremely low resistance data up to 3 ohm and only very little signal voltages up to 250µV.
- MC for SPU special - It is a special transformer for the Ortofon SPU.- Dimensions in mm 180 x 150 x 70
