There is the audio equipment itself (OMA) and the experience of the sound created by it (SOMA) The latter takes place in the container of the two buildings that we created to house this experience as a unified whole: The Mill in Pennsylvania and the Dumbo Studio in Brooklyn, NY
Soma was originally a drink of the gods discussed in the Rig Vedas of ancient India, thousands of years ago. Soma is the first mention in world literature of what we would today call a psychedelic substance, providing those who drank it “divine visions” and “immortality”. It is also the root of our word ‘somatic’ or ‘of the body’, especially fitting as we have created a sound to be experienced by the body as energy, and by the mind as a way to transcend.
The SOMA experience can be booked at the Mill in Eastern Pennsylvania or the Dumbo Studio in NYC for groups up to 20 persons. With a minimum of two hours duration by the afternoon, evening or full day as well.
